Who we are

Capitol Caterers Eswatini was founded in 2002, commencing operations with one contract, Waterford Kamhlaba College; who remains one of the company’s flagship clients to this day.

Capital Caterers Eswatini has recently injected over E7million in new offices, a retail canteen, ration packing warehouse and central distribution kitchen. This investment was the result of increased business opportunities and a desire to continue to re-invest and expand its operations in the Kingdom of Eswatini.

The company is a major employer of the Swazi people and all employees, both management and staff are Eswatini nationals. Capitol Caterers Eswatini is headed by Operations Director Mbuthi Dlamini, who holds extensive operational and management experience in the  industry.

Capitol Caterers Eswatini is a fully registered and resident company of Eswatini. Thirty percent (30%) of its shareholding is held by resident Eswatini stakeholders and 21% by the company’s employees, through an established Trust. Profits and dividends from the company are distributed in the Kingdom of Eswatini, which contribute positively to the company’s financial sustainability and economic commitment to the country.

A minority shareholding is held by Capitol Caterers South Africa, whose primary purpose is to provide specialist services in respect of dietetic programmes, staff training and management support as required.
