Specialist Dietetics

The Dietetics Department is responsible for analysing and reviewing the nutritional value of meal plans. Our dedicated dieticians bring a personal touch to the dietary needs of each of our contracts and regularly conduct educational talks on the importance of healthy nutrition and balanced lifestyle practices.


Design, Hardware and Management

  • Kitchen Design and Canteens: Sharing our industry knowledge, we offer practical solutions on the design, layout and furnishing of industrial and commercial kitchens, restaurants and canteens.
  • Catering Equipment and Planning: With hands-on experience, we are confident in recommending and sourcing the best equipment at competitive prices and providing workable strategies to ensure an efficient operation.

We adhere strictly to requirements of The Occupational Health and Safety Act, ISO 9001 and HASSP standards. Our internal Quality Management System further ensures that health and safety protocols are pro-actively managed and documented.

Our team of Occupational Health and Safety Officers conduct regular internal audits on site and lead regular staff training on food safety, hygiene and industrial kitchen standards.

Conscious of our carbon footprint, a rigid Environmental Policy is followed together with a strict waste recycling programme at all our client’s premises.

Supply Chain

With a reputation for responsible and professional purchasing activities, our Supply Chain Agreements ensure best price practice, the sourcing of quality goods with field to fork traceability of produce and the promotion of supplier compliance with the company’s Sustainability Plan.

Capitol Caterers Eswatini works closely with local businesses in the sourcing of all basic requirements and produce, both consumables and non-consumables.

Training and Development

We believe strongly in training our staff and to continuously develop their skills. Staff attend compulsory industry accredited training programmes both on and off site.

Training programmes include food preparation, food presentation, food hygiene , recipe development and changing food trends.
